The internal pressure type polysulfone/polyethersulfone ultrafiltration membrane is a new type of high-performance ultrafiltration membrane product that Hangzhou Jinlong Membrane Materials Technology Co., Ltd. has developed after years of research and development, and is urgently needed by the country for wastewater resource utilization and environmental protection. The membrane filaments made of polysulfone (PSF)/ polyethersulfone (PES) materials have permanent hydrophilicity, with a water contact Angle of less than 30°. During the membrane formation process, a sponge-like water channel with dense inside and loose outside is constructed, simultaneously achieving a synergistic improvement in water flux, water quality, fouling resistance and usage stability of ultrafiltration membrane products.

The Jinlong polysulfone/polyethersulfone ultrafiltration membrane features a sponge-like pore structure where the membrane pores gradually increase from the inside to the outside along the radial cross-section. The treated liquid enters the hollow fiber membrane from the inside and seeps out from the outside under pressure drive, effectively overcoming the shortcomings of conventional internal pressure hollow fiber membranes such as small effective membrane area and insufficient backwashing. Meanwhile, as the separation layer is located inside the membrane structure, it effectively avoids the influence of external conditions during the preparation process, ensuring the uniformity of the membrane filament performance.
The average filtration pore size of Jinlong polysulfone/polyethersulfone ultrafiltration membranes is approximately 0.03μm, with a uniform pore size distribution, mainly within the range of 0.02 to 0.03μm. It can effectively remove suspended solids, bacteria, viruses, colloids, etc. The turbidity of the produced water is less than 0.2 NTU, ensuring excellent effluent quality.
